-Concept First, Formula Second: I build strong conceptual understanding before introducing formulas. For example, in algebra, we explore patterns visually before generalizing into equations, and in physics, we connect math to real-world examples (like the motion of a soccer ball).
-Step-by-Step Problem Solving: Math and physics can tend to be difficult to approach initially, so I teach students to break down complex problems into small, manageable steps, which builds confidence and prevents overwhelm.
-Interactive Learning: What I have learnt from studying myself as a college student is that the best way to learn is by teaching someone. I encourage students to “teach back” concepts, use sketches, graphs, and real-life analogies, ensuring active participation.
-These lessons are for students from year 6 to first-year college students. I teach Algebra 1, Calculus 1, Pre-Calculus, and Physics 1 (high school and college mechanics).
-My course background: I have taken Calculus 1,2,3, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, University Physics 1 and 2, and Statics 1
