About Tam
As a yoga enthusiast, forever student and teacher, yoga has had a positive impact on my life in many ways. Along with significant physical benefits, it ultimately led me to the discovery that it’s never too late to carve a new path and to learn to trust my instincts.
If you’re looking to improve your strength and flexibility, enhance your posture or discover how to manage stress, it would be an honour to assist you with that.
My lessons are designed so you feel comfortable and confident as you explore the different postures and techniques with gentle guidance, helping to create some space in your life for calm.
As a yoga instructor, I strive to honour the origins of yoga by teaching with authenticity and respect.
I am currently completing 30 hrs advanced yoga anatomy training under Dr Yogi ( Andrew Mcgonigle).
I am also a qualified Yoga Nidra Facilitator with Nada Yoga School.
I have completed a one day workshop in Yoga for the menopause, and a half day workshop with Jules Mitchell on Yoga Biomechanics and Asana

I offer 60 minute one-to-one classes tailored according to your needs and abilities.
I am an enthusiastic student of yoga philosophy and as such believe that everyone is able to enjoy and benefit from a regular asana practice alongside meditation and Naad (sound) yoga.
From a complete beginners class to fun arm balances ideal for advanced levels, my sessions will suit your pace yet remain challenging. Each lesson builds on from the last to help you cultivate a practice that becomes part of your day.
Classes are held in the privacy of your own home or online. My signature class for beginners to intermediates warms up with sun salutations flowing through a fun sequence of stamina & endurance building asanas, alongside those all important muscle and core strengthening postures,that feel like a gentle medicine for the spine.
The classes are sequenced to gently increase flexibility and support overall good health, using a multi-style of Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha yoga postures.
Each lesson ends with some optional guided pranayama breathing techniques during savasana.

I recently took 1-1 classes with Tam and it was my first time doing yoga. Tam was very clear with her instructions, also demonstrating the postures and movements throughout the sequence. Giving options to work at my skill level. She incorporated some challenging postures in the sequence which was sufficient as a beginner and also at my fitness level. Tam is friendly and charming and puts you at ease! Highly recommend her
What can I say, SIMPLY AMAZING! Having never done yoga before, I was nervous to say the least, but Tammy quickly calmed all nerves. Tammy is great at breaking the poses down and creates a calming, non judgemental atmosphere. A fantastic professional service which I would highly recommend for beginners or more advanced Yogis!
