About Daniel
Being a recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from UIUC, I devote myself to pursuing a side-gig towards tutoring the concepts of mathematics and physics of all levels. Started among friends and colleagues, I've been tutoring professionally in Jan. 2020 and aim to continue my work for any student at any point in their education.

Whether I tutor in-person or online, I present the learner with time-efficient methods and strategies to help them reach their educational goal(s). In teaching the way the student thinks helps get my point across effectively and with greater signs of progress coming out from the student over time. My goal is to not only get a point across but to help develop critical thinking skills to solve all types of mathematical and logical problems. I never liked the idea of knowing how to solve this problem type or that problem type - that won't get a person far.

I recommend Daniel in his tutoring methods because of his attention to detail and special way of getting of condensing a difficult concept explained to its simplistic form for me to understand. He’s helped me with my Algebra and Trig homework and exam prep for the 2020 Spring Semester and it improved my grade by a letter grade higher. Keep doing the great work!
I haven't been a full time teacher, but I have taught a fair share of courses while in college. From what I gleaned when I was an instructor, Daniel has the same qualities if not better than me in many ways. He is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable in whatever he teaches. In addition, if credentials are in question he graduated from UIUC (a top school in engineering) with a degree in computer engineering. You can't go wrong with this guy!
Daniel was always able to help me properly with any questions I had and gave his opinion on the best way to go about a problem.
