About Zeynep Sarah
I am a yoga instructor based in Europe with a strong background in sports and movement. Alongside teaching, I am also a professional rock climber, which has deeply influenced my understanding of strength, balance, mobility, and body awareness. I have a very active lifestyle and truly enjoy exploring different forms of physical practice.
In my classes, I always start from a clear and accessible beginner level, focusing on safe alignment and gradual progression. At the same time, my personal practice includes more powerful and dynamic yoga styles, allowing me to support students who want to build strength, challenge themselves, and advance over time.
My aim is to help students develop both physical confidence and mental focus through structured, supportive, and energising sessions.

My teaching methodology focuses on creating a safe, structured, and enjoyable yoga experience for every student. I mainly teach Hatha Yoga, helping students improve flexibility, strength, posture, and mental balance through mindful movement and breath awareness.
A typical lesson begins with gentle warm-up asanas and breathing exercises to prepare the body. We then work progressively towards a peak posture, which is the main focus of the class. After this, we move into slower and more relaxing poses to release tension, and the session always ends with Shavasana for deep relaxation.
I usually start with beginner-friendly classes to build a strong foundation. Depending on students’ goals and preferences, I can also offer Yin Yoga for deep stretching and relaxation or Vinyasa Yoga for a more dynamic and flowing practice. My classes are adaptable and designed to support each student’s individual needs and progress.
