About Arnav

Hi, I'm Arnav and I have been teaching mathematics for over 2 years. After my strong SQA/QS results, I chose to pursue a degree in mathematics which I am currently studying for. Along with top grades in Maths and Physics, I have also received 8A's at Nat 5, 6A's at Higher, A's in Computing, Physics, Maths, and Mechanics at Advanced Higher, as well as a grade 9 in AQA Further Mathematics.

I have taught Olympiad Maths to a group of 8 students, all of whom ended up scoring in the top 15% of UKMT test takers in 2025.

I have also scored highly in the Senior Maths Challenge as well as the Scottish Maths Challenge, being one of just 8 people who received a Gold award in 2025/2026 in the Scottish Maths Challenge.

I also scored highly in the British Maths Olympiad, coming in the top 35% of test takers. In the Scottish Maths Challenge 2025/2026, I had the highest score in my school and was 1 of just 7 people to receive a gold award.

About the lesson

I will go through every part of the course with you to get you ready for your final exam. Working with me will greatly improve your grasp of mathematics and will allow you to confidently answer questions in your Maths Exam.

I teach 1 hour structured lessons to take students to a proficient level in Mathematics. Every lesson is highly customised to the student and is designed to tackle their specific weaknesses to improve their scores and understanding of the subject.

These lessons are for committed students who are interested boosting their grades, confidence, and knowledge in maths.
