Hi! I’m Naimeesha.
With 15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Entrepreneurship, I love helping kids explore creativity and innovation. As the founder of successful businesses like Products by Women and Full Ritúal, I’ve built products that make a real impact. Now, I’m excited to teach kids how to turn their ideas into real products, guiding them through the process of brainstorming, research, design thinking, and launching projects.
My goal is to make learning fun and hands-on, giving young minds the tools they need to think like entrepreneurs and product developers!

Teaching Method and Techniques: I use a hands-on, interactive approach, combining design thinking principles, creative brainstorming, and real-world examples. Each session helps students hone their research, project management, innovation, presentation, and design skills. I guide kids through every step of turning their ideas into real projects, focusing on product development and problem-solving.
Typical Lesson Plan: Each lesson starts with brainstorming, where kids generate ideas. We then dive into research to validate those ideas, followed by design thinking exercises to create prototypes. We discuss how to bring their product ideas to life and refine them. The sessions include opportunities for creativity, presenting their ideas, and improving their design skills.
What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor: With 15 years of experience in product management and entrepreneurship, I bring real-world examples from my work with successful businesses like Full Ritúal and Products by Women. As a mom, I connect easily with kids, making complex concepts fun and accessible.
