About EmJay
I’m an experienced educator who specializes in helping adults and young people build confidence with written language, grammar, and academic communication. My approach is calm, clear, and practical, focusing on breaking complex ideas into simple steps that make sense in real study situations. I tailor each lesson to the learner’s goals, using supportive guidance, active listening, and accessible strategies that strengthen understanding and independence. My sessions are ideal for anyone in higher education, vocational training, or returning to study who wants to improve their reading, writing, or overall academic literacy skills.
