About THE

Your Guide to Chemistry Success I am a dedicated, results-oriented Chemistry Faculty member with over nine years of proven experience in senior secondary education and competitive exam coaching. Currently, I serve as the Senior Chemistry Faculty and IIT/JEE Coordinator at GEMS Education, UAE, where I specialize in advanced instruction for Grades 11 and 12. I hold an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Fergusson College (University of Pune) and a B.Ed. from Annamalai University. Throughout my career, I have helped hundreds of students build confidence in Chemistry—whether they are preparing for board exams or aiming for top ranks in NEET, JEE (Main/Advanced), or SAT-2. My lessons are student-focused, engaging, and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each learner. My teaching philosophy is grounded in interactive learning, conceptual clarity, and practical application. I use a range of methods, from multimedia resources to real-world examples, to make complex topics accessible and enjoyable. I am also experienced in curriculum planning, classroom management, and assessment design, ensuring that every session is structured, goal-oriented, and productive. In addition to classroom teaching, I actively lead STEAM initiatives, Olympiad training, and foundation programs for junior students. I also hold certifications in child protection, safety, first aid, and anti-bullying, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all learners. In 2022, I had the honor of being recognized by His Highness Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on World Teachers’ Day for my contributions to education. My teaching methodology blends traditional rigor with modern, student-centered techniques:

Interactive Learning: I use discussions, guided problem-solving, and inquiry-based methods to actively involve students in the learning process.

Differentiated Instruction: Lessons are tailored to suit different learning styles and academic levels, ensuring clarity and accessibility for every student.

Visual & Multimedia Tools: I regularly incorporate simulations, digital whiteboards, and videos to enhance comprehension, particularly for complex concepts in Organic and Physical Chemistry.

Conceptual Clarity & Application: Emphasis is placed on understanding the why behind the what, ensuring students are not just memorizing but applying concepts in problem-solving.

Assessment & Feedback: I use periodic assessments, quizzes, and real-time feedback to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
