About Nicole
I spend my days with students, embracing the differences in the cultures, academic levels and needs. I bring in parts of myself so students can connect with me on more than just the assignments. I love watching students grow and becoming wonderful members of our society.

I blend a combination of visual learner, as well as reading and watching videos while learning our material. I really strive to connect with my students, learning about their interests and tying that in the lesson.
When I tutor, we do a warm up (problem of the day, looking at current events, etc) and then dive in reviewing what we are currently learning. We will spend time going over a new concept or taking the entirety of the lesson reviewing, depending on the needs of the student. I leave with a few problems to work on independently for next class.
