I am a former Military Police Officer with a distinguished academic background and a commitment to fostering excellence in writing. My educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Social Sciences with minors in Psychology and Sociology, a Master’s in Criminal Justice, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Criminal Justice. Currently, I am pursuing a second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further broadening my expertise in supporting individuals academically and professionally. Throughout my career, I have developed deep experience in both professional and academic writing. My expertise includes guiding the development of theses, capstone projects, dissertations, research papers, essays, and professional resumes. Introduction & Goal Setting (10 minutes) - Review the student’s objectives for the session. - Discuss the assignment, prompt, or topic at hand. - Clarify specific areas of concern (e.g., structure, research, or style). 2. Guided Development (25 minutes) - Work through brainstorming, outlining, or drafting together. - I offer prompts, ask questions, and provide real-time feedback to help clarify arguments and refine organization. - Emphasis on teaching techniques for research, citation, or effective phrasing. 3. Active Application (20 minutes) - The student actively applies what we’ve discussed by working on their draft, refining their thesis, or organizing sections while I provide support as needed. - Focus on building their independence and confidence. 4.
