About Kiara

I hold a BSc in Mathematics with Actuarial Science and bring over 7 years of teaching experience to the field of discrete mathematics. My focus lies in logic, set theory, graph theory, and combinatorics—topics that build the foundation for computer science and algorithms. My lessons help students develop the logical structure necessary for programming and data analysis. Through practical examples, I show how mathematical ideas shape software design and problem-solving. I’ve guided computer science students to approach complex problems with clarity and precision. My teaching method emphasises reasoning, visualisation, and conceptual depth. I believe understanding should come before memorisation. Discrete mathematics opens the door to creative and logical thinking. Every session is about building skills that last beyond exams. Students learn to see connections between maths and computation.
